Rootlenses Insight allows you to connect your databases and analyze them automatically using AI. It supports the most widely used engines: IBM DB2, MySQL, SQL Server, PostgreSQL, Oracle, Cassandra, MongoDB, and Amazon DynamoDB.
1. Connect your database
Go to Manage Databases → Add Database and fill in the following fields:
- Engine (MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle, etc.)
- Host
- Username
- Password
- Database name
2. Test the connection
Once the information is entered, click Test Connection. If everything is correct, the tool will connect automatically.
3. Auto-generate information
Thanks to its integrated AI, Rootlenses Insight can read your database and automatically create the schema and descriptions.
- Simply select Auto-generate Information → Save.
4. Frequent updates
The system updates regularly to improve performance, compatibility, and query accuracy.
5. Keep your database organized
The tool works with any structure, but a clean and well-organized database produces more accurate answers and better analyses.
