15. Credit package purchase and management system
Rootlenses Voice implements a system for purchasing credit packages with predefined values. This serves as a solution for cases where the credits associated with the user’s assigned voice plan fall short of their needs.
Credits purchased through the package system are permanent and can be used by the user at any time, once the credits provided by their current plan have been exhausted.
How to purchase credits?
Credits can be purchased through the credit purchasing system located in the plan management section, available under the Billing tab at /my-account.
This will take you to our simple 3-step process to purchase your plan:
1. Select the credit package.
2. Use the payment method predefined by the user.
3. Done, the credits are added to the account.
