Email notification system

An email notification system was implemented to improve the monitoring and tracking of call processes. The system allows each user to configure the alerts they want to receive according to their specific needs, making it easier to identify important events, errors, and situations that require attention.

  • Customizable notification settings: Each user can define which types of notifications they want to receive, allowing alerts to be tailored to their role and operational needs. This helps prevent unnecessary notifications and ensures that users receive only the events relevant to their responsibilities.

  • Notifications for completed call rounds and retries: The system sends notifications when a call round has been completed, including processes involving new contact attempts. This allows users to know when a stage of the process has been completed and facilitates result tracking without requiring them to manually review the platform.

  • Error alerts for external providers: Alerts are generated when errors occur with external providers used during call execution, such as OpenAI and 3CX. These notifications help users quickly identify service interruptions or failures that could affect call processing.

  • Configuration and execution alerts: The system notifies users when incomplete configurations, incorrect parameters, or execution issues are detected. This enables users to identify and address problems promptly before they have a significant impact on operations.

  • Improved operational visibility and monitoring: Centralizing these notifications provides clearer visibility into the status of ongoing operations, reduces the need for manual monitoring, and enables a faster response to relevant events or incidents.
